Atlas of the night sky. The work catalogues the old Arabic names of the stars and the shapes of the constellations, starting to map different layers connected with the same groups of stars in the sky.

The research and the work is part of a larger ongoing project to rediscover, star by star, the night sky in mediterranean cultures throughout history and to design an atlas that collects images and stories, fragments and hints of a different way of reading and approaching the sky, geography and the idea of encounter. This drafted piece represents the northern half of the night sky.
